Terms governing the use of the ConnectHub payment notification system, including the QR Box device and supporting software.
ConnectHub Payment Notification System

These Terms of Service govern the use of the ConnectHub Payment Notification System, including the ConnectHub QR Box device, the ConnectHub Merchant Manager mobile application, SMS notification detection system, in-app notification detection system, and associated cloud infrastructure.
By installing, activating, or using the ConnectHub System, the user agrees to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The ConnectHub System assists merchants by providing audible alerts when digital payments are received.
The system detects payment notifications from:
- SMS messages sent by banks
- Notifications generated by merchant banking applications
These notifications are processed through the ConnectHub cloud and trigger audible alerts on the ConnectHub QR Box device.
2. Nature of the Service
ConnectHub provides notification assistance only.
- ConnectHub does not process payments
- ConnectHub does not transfer money
- ConnectHub does not hold merchant funds
- ConnectHub does not verify financial settlement
All financial transactions occur within the banking systems of financial institutions.
3. Supported System Modes
SMS-Based Mode
The system detects payment notifications through SMS messages sent by banks.
In-App Notification Mode
The system detects notifications generated by merchant banking applications installed on Android devices.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to maintain the environment necessary for system operation, including:
- Maintaining an active internet connection
- Ensuring the mobile device remains powered
- Keeping banking applications installed and logged in
- Granting required Android notification permissions
- Maintaining ConnectHub hardware devices
Users should verify payments directly within their banking applications when necessary.
5. Dependency on Third-Party Systems
The system depends on external services including:
- Bank applications
- SMS delivery systems
- Mobile operating systems
- Internet service providers
Changes to these systems may affect notification delivery.
6. Bank Policy Changes
Banks may modify their systems at any time, including notification formats, application behavior, security policies, or SMS delivery mechanisms.
Such changes may affect ConnectHub compatibility.
7. System Availability
Service availability may be affected by network issues, device failures, operating system updates, banking application updates, or infrastructure maintenance.
8. Hardware Usage
Users agree not to modify, tamper with, reverse engineer, or alter ConnectHub hardware or firmware.
9. Software Updates
ConnectHub may provide software, firmware, or configuration updates to improve security and compatibility.
10. Data Processing
The system may process limited operational data including:
- Device identifiers
- Device connectivity status
- Alarm device serial numbers
- Notification metadata
Sensitive banking credentials are not stored.
11. Limitation of Liability
ConnectHub shall not be liable for losses resulting from:
- Missed notifications
- Delayed alerts
- Bank system errors
- SMS delivery failures
- Internet connectivity issues
- Device malfunction
12. Indirect Losses
ConnectHub shall not be liable for indirect damages including loss of revenue, business interruption, or customer disputes.
13. Service Modifications
ConnectHub may modify or improve system features over time.
14. Suspension or Termination
Service may be suspended in cases of misuse, security risks, or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By using the ConnectHub System, users acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms.
